Stipples Made Easy™
Stipples Made Easy®
With the easy to follow stipple guide, even beginning quilters can create the stippling effect that for some is so intimidating. Stippling requires free motion quilting.
Using this pattern as a guide, you can see where to quilt without worrying about crossing over your previous stitches. Each roll contains 26 feet of stipple pattern.
Simply cut strips to cover the area that you desire to quilt, stitch through the paper and tear away when completed. The adhesive strips along the edge provide a great stabilizing effect and prevent shifting as you stitch.
To calculate how many feet of Stipples Made Easy pattern you will need to quilt your whole top:
Divide length of quilt top, in inches, by stitching width of pattern given in the pattern description below.
Round decimals up to get number of strips you will need.
Multiply number of strips by the width of quilt top, in inches, then divide by 12 to get how many feet of pattern you will need.
Level of Difficulty:
1 = Easiest recommended for beginners
2 = Requires free motion quilting, good for learning
3 = Recommended for quilters with some experience and knowledge of free motion quilting
